Danilo is, among other attributions: (a) a law graduate from the Universidade de São Paulo (“USP”); (b) a master’s student in Philosophy and General Theory of Law at USP; (c) a graduate student in Business Administration from the Escola de Administração de Empresas of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (“EAESP/FGV”); (d) a graduate student in Accounting, Finance, and Analytics from EAESP/FGV; and (e) vice-president of the Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Section of Sergipe (“OAB/SE”).

Manager of the entire operation of DAS Advogados, Danilo practices since 2014 in the areas of Banking and Capital Markets, Corporate Law, and M&A, also acting in fixed income transactions, such as public offerings of debentures (including incentivized debentures), promissory note offerings and in project finance. He also works in structured operations, such as securitization of real estate, financial, and agribusiness receivables, and also acting in the structuring of receivables funds, private equity, and in M&A operations.

In order to meet the massive demands of corporate and consumer banking law, Danilo established the Massified Corporate and Consumer Law area in 2020. Danilo also manages the Firm’s Strategic Litigation.
